THE PERSON BEHIND THE PERSPECTIVE

meet tine hertz

Entrepreneur, speaker and founder of One Thirty Labs and NOMAE, creator of Copenhagen Health Week and host of the One Thirty Labs podcast, Tine Hertz is on a mission to challenge how we think about health, longevity and modern life.
‍
With decades of experience in advertising, entrepreneurship and technology, Tine spent much of her career in fast-paced, high-performance environments where ambition, constant change and pushing boundaries were simply part of everyday life.
But that world also sparked a deeper curiosity: How do we continue to perform, achieve and live full, ambitious lives without compromising our health along the way?
‍
That question became the starting point for a new chapter.
In 2019, she founded One Thirty Labs with a vision to bridge the gap between emerging longevity science, innovative health technologies and everyday life. What followed was years of hands-on experience building a pioneering wellness business, collaborating with health professionals, exploring new approaches to prevention and recovery, and learning what it really takes to turn science into meaningful experiences.
‍
Her ambition has since evolved into a broader mission: making better health a more natural part of modern life.
‍
Through Copenhagen Health Week, she brings together scientists, innovators, businesses and communities to inspire curiosity and challenge established perspectives. With NOMAE, she is helping rethink women's health through a more personalised, proactive and continuous approach to care. And through the One Thirty Labs podcast, she explores the ideas, discoveries and conversations shaping the future of health and longevity.
Today, her work spans longevity, women's health, entrepreneurship and the integration of wellbeing into the spaces where we live, work and travel.
‍
Bringing together entrepreneurial experience, scientific curiosity and a deeply human perspective, Tine is known for making complex topics accessible, thought-provoking and relevant to real life.
Her message is simple: Living longer is only meaningful if we also learn to live better.
