These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients purchasing services, treatments, packages, gift cards, or retail products from One Thirty Labs, unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service or product, or using our facilities, you agree to the terms below.
One Thirty Labs provides health optimisation, recovery, and wellness-focused services. Our offerings are not intended to replace medical diagnosis or treatment unless explicitly stated and delivered by a licensed medical professional. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information prior to any treatment.
All appointments must be booked in advance via our booking system or through approved staff. By completing a booking, the client agrees to:
– The scheduled time and service
– The applicable cancellation and payment terms
– The suitability of the chosen service based on their health status
Processing of personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, unless otherwise stated. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, late arrivals, or no-shows will be charged in full and are not eligible for refund. In cases of illness or emergency, clients are encouraged to contact us as early as possible. Any exceptions are made solely at management’s discretion.
All prices are listed in DKK unless otherwise stated and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due at the time of booking or prior to treatment unless explicitly agreed otherwise. One Thirty Labs reserves the right to update prices, adjust offerings, and correct pricing errors without prior notice.
Services and Treatments
All services, treatments, consultations, packages, and programs are non-refundable once booked or initiated. This is due to allocation of professional time, preparation of treatment protocols and equipment, and regulatory and hygiene requirements related to health services. Once a service has been delivered in full or in part, no refund can be issued.
Packages
Packages are purchased at a preferential rate and are therefore non-refundable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for cash. Unused sessions have no cash value and may expire according to the terms stated at purchase.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are valid only for the period stated at purchase. Expired gift cards cannot be reactivated.
Retail Products
Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, packaging and seals are intact, and proof of purchase is provided. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Memberships are governed by separate and more detailed membership terms and conditions, which are provided at sign-up and form an integral part of the agreement. In case of conflict, the membership terms take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions.
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services scheduled within 14 days where the client has expressly agreed to immediate performance, fully performed services, or health-related services where time and capacity are reserved specifically for the client. By completing a booking or purchase, the client expressly agrees to the immediate performance of the service and waives the standard right of withdrawal where applicable.
Clients participate in treatments at their own responsibility and must follow staff instructions at all times and disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, or contraindications. One Thirty Labs is not responsible for adverse effects resulting from incomplete or inaccurate health disclosures.
One Thirty Labs shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses, reactions resulting from undisclosed health conditions, or outcomes outside the scope of the agreed service. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Danish law.
Any goodwill gestures, partial credits, or alternative solutions offered by One Thirty Labs are voluntary, non-precedent-setting, and at the sole discretion of management. No staff member is authorized to offer refunds without written approval from management.
One Thirty Labs reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on our website is always the most current and applicable.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
