A practitioner walks you through what you’re booking, asks about contraindications, and adjusts the protocol if needed. Twenty minutes.

We show you each room, where the showers are, where to leave your phone. So nothing is unfamiliar when you come back.

Robe, towel, water, slippers are provided. Bring swimwear, leave the rest.
