Measure first. Then decide.

Five assessments — three with Pandonia, two in-house — to map where you are. Every recommendation that follows is informed by what we measured.

How testing fits

We don't guess.

A test is the start of a conversation, not a verdict. We use what we measure to map your starting point, choose interventions that actually fit, and track what changes — week to week, year to year.

01

Map.

Biomarkers, hormones, fitness ceiling, body composition. The objective baseline before any decision is made.

02

Decide.

Reviewed by our in-house doctor. Ritual, cadence, any clinical step — chosen against what the test actually showed.

03

Track.

Most assessments are repeatable. We retest at six and twelve months and adjust the plan against what's actually moving.

The five assessments

Three with Pandonia. Two in-house.

Blood and hormone work runs through Pandonia, our diagnostics partner. Cardiovascular and body composition we measure on the studio floor. Every result is reviewed by our in-house doctor.

Compliance & care

We assess. We don't diagnose.

What we measure is a baseline for a conversation, not a medical verdict. Anything that crosses into clinical territory — interpretation, hormones, prescription — is reviewed by our in-house doctor before it's recommended.

From booking to insight

Four steps. Then a plan you can act on.

Tests aren't a starting point on their own — they're the second step. We start with a free consultation so we test the right thing, then we walk you through the result.

01

Consult.

Free, 30 minutes. Where you're at, where you want to be — and which tests would actually move the conversation forward.

Free

02

Test.

Booked at the studio (in-house assessments) or via the Pandonia portal (blood, hormone). Same-week availability for both.

20–60 min

03

Review.

Our in-house doctor reads every blood and hormone result. Twenty-minute review session — what's worth attention, what isn't, what context matters.

20 min

04

Plan.

One written page. Ritual, credit cadence, any clinical step. A retest date, if one makes sense.

Yours

Your data, your control

Every result stays yours.

We process under GDPR and Danish health law. Pandonia is the data controller for blood and hormone work; OTL is the data controller for in-studio assessments. We never sell, share, or use your data for marketing.

01

Results live in your portal.

Pandonia results in the Pandonia portal. In-studio assessments in your OTL account. Both are exportable as PDFs.

02

Share with another clinician.

Your GP, specialist, or future provider can read every result. We provide a structured summary on request.

03

Delete at any time.

Your right to erasure is automatic. We hold results for as long as you keep an active relationship with us — and for the period required by Danish health law afterward, unless you delete.

04

Anonymous research, opt-in only.

Pandonia runs aggregate longevity research on de-identified data — but only with your explicit, separate opt-in. Default is opt-out.

Things people ask

Testing comes with questions.

Anything else, write to us at hello@onethirtylabs.com.

Is this a medical diagnosis?

No. We perform assessments — we measure, map, and explain. Anything that requires a clinical diagnosis is referred to your GP or a specialist with the data already in hand.

Do I need a referral?

No. The consultation is the only required step. Most assessments are self-bookable directly afterward.

Where do my results live?

Pandonia results in your Pandonia portal. In-studio assessments in your OTL account. Both export as PDFs. Both you can delete.

Can I test without joining OTL?

Yes. Pandonia work and in-studio assessments are individually bookable — no membership required. The plan is yours either way.

What if a result needs medical attention?

Our in-house doctor flags anything outside reference ranges and tells you exactly what to do — see your GP, see a specialist, or watch and retest. We don't dismiss findings, and we don't manufacture them either.

Start with a conversation
