These Membership Terms form part of the General Terms & Conditions of One Thirty Labs. The following Terms & Conditions apply to all individuals (“the Client” or “the Member”) who purchase or use any service, treatment, class, event, punch card, program, or membership at One Thirty Labs ApS (“the Company”).By booking, purchasing, or using our services, you accept these Terms & Conditions. Processing of personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, the Membership Terms take precedence for membership-related matters.
One Thirty Labs provides health optimisation, recovery, and wellness-focused services. These services do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment unless explicitly stated and delivered by licensed medical professionals.
Clients and Members must provide accurate and complete personal and payment information and keep it updated. The Company is not responsible for consequences arising from outdated or incorrect information. Processing of personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Members or Clients under 18 years of age or legally incapacitated must be accompanied by a legal guardian when establishing a membership or purchasing services. The minimum age for classes is 15 unless otherwise stated.
All memberships are subscription-based and auto-renewing. Each membership includes a binding commitment period (e.g. minimum 3 months). After the commitment period, the membership continues on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled in accordance with Section 7.
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Included services must be used within the applicable period. Unused services do not roll over and have no cash value.
Memberships may be frozen for a maximum of one month at a time and no more than once every six months. Freeze requests must be submitted in writing before the freeze period begins.
All memberships require 30 days’ written notice. Cancellation must be sent by email to: info@onethirtylabs.com. The membership remains active and payable during the notice period. Early termination during a binding period is not permitted unless required by mandatory law.
Classes & treatments: no refund
Events: no refund
All bookings are binding. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations, late arrival, or no-shows are charged in full and are non-refundable.
Payments are due at booking or according to the agreed subscription terms. In case of failed or rejected payments, One Thirty Labs reserves the right to:
– Retry payment collection
– Suspend access to services and the studio
– Collect outstanding amounts
All memberships, services, treatments, programs, events, and punch cards are non- refundable unless otherwise required by mandatory Danish or EU law.
By booking a service, the Client expressly requests immediate performance. Once the service has begun, the Client acknowledges that the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law is waived.
Participation in classes, treatments, and services is at the Client’s or Member’s own risk. One Thirty Labs is not liable for injuries, adverse reactions, or outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow instructions. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Danish law and excludes indirect or consequential loss.
All Members and Clients must follow house rules and staff instructions. One Thirty Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate access or membership without refund in cases of material breach, unsafe behaviour, repeated no-shows, or violation of house rules.
One Thirty Labs is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Lost items are stored for one month before disposal.
Members and Clients may appear in photos or recordings used for marketing purposes unless they opt out in writing.
One Thirty Labs reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law, and any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
