our story

we don't accept poor health as the norm.

One Thirty Labs began because I went looking for something that didn’t exist — and, in the end, decided to build it.

WHY WE EXIST

Modern health made you choose. We refused.

Medicine waits until something breaks. Wellness sells a feeling and calls it a cure. And in between sits almost everyone I know — capable, driven, doing everything right, and still not themselves. Not sick. Not well. Just getting by.

We didn’t think “fine” was good enough. So we built the place we wished existed — where medical rigour meets real life, and health is understood as one system, not a menu of quick fixes.

THE FOUNDER

i never set out to start another company

My background is in advertising, technology and entrepreneurship — self-funded agencies, high-performance environments, always another challenge to solve. I became very good at performance. I learned to push harder, work longer, take on more. What I never learned was how to recover.

Like a lot of ambitious people, I believed I could simply keep pushing — that whenever life got hard, the answer was to work harder. Eventually, my body started telling a different story. Migraines I managed with painkillers for years. Eczema.

Allergies that arrived later in life. Hormonal changes that amplified all of it after I became a mother at 35. For a long time I treated these as separate problems. They weren't. They were signals — my body asking for support long before I knew how to listen.

three minutes at minus 130°C

On a work trip to New York, someone introduced me to cryotherapy. I remember standing outside the chamber thinking: why am I voluntarily walking into this? Three minutes later I walked out smiling — clearer, calmer, and that night I slept better than I had in weeks, despite the jet lag. It wasn't only that I felt better. Something had shifted. For the first time, I'd found a health intervention that was genuinely effective, took almost no time, and could fit into an impossible schedule.

I started searching for these tools everywhere I travelled — infrared, red light, compression, recovery technology. I kept waiting for someone to bring them to Denmark. Nobody did. So I did. That became One Thirty Labs.

Healthy habits only work if they fit real life.

WHAT KEEPS ME HERE

The smallest things change everything.

What I didn't expect was the reward. Not the technology — the people. Someone sleeping through the night for the first time in years. A migraine that finally lifts. A person who tells me they feel like themselves again.

I've learned that the smallest, well-chosen changes — three minutes, one ritual, one number finally understood — can create extraordinary change in a life. Watching that happen, again and again, is the reason I still do this.

HOW WE’VE GROWN

From a studio to a system.

Our mission hasn’t changed since day one. The way we deliver it has deepened every year.

The beginning

Make it accessible

In 2019, we opened to bring powerful health technologies within reach — never for optimisation’s sake, but to help people feel better in body and mind, because the two were never separate.

Consistent, guided combinations of treatments amplify biological impact week over week. Booking ad-hoc rarely does.

The insight

Recovery, not performance

I realised performance was never the hard part. Ambitious people know how to perform. What they don’t know is how to recover. So we added practitioner-led therapies — breathwork, sound, dry floating, nervous-system work. Strength with softness.

The modalities reinforce one another - infrared followed by PEMF, EMS paired with cryo. The order matters as much as the menu.

Today

Understand first

We added the clinical layer: in-house doctors, hyperbaric oxygen, IV therapies and our own testing. Because before you optimise anything, you have to understand it — where the imbalances are, and what actually deserves your attention.

Pick the ritual that matches the outcome you want. Treatments stay flexible underneath.
Book any combination, in any order.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Health isn't perfection. It's resilience.

It's building enough resilience that modern life becomes sustainable. Routines that fit real lives. Prevention instead of waiting for something to break. Helping people reach their full potential — without sacrificing themselves to get there.

Science-led

Every protocol grounded in clinical evidence.

Personalised

Built around the individual, not the trend.

Integrated

Test, treat and train — as one system.

Inclusive

Subsidised access through Impact Membership.

nomae WOMEN’S HEALTH

Women were told to accept it. They don’t have to.

For too long, too many women have accepted exhaustion, hormonal symptoms and declining wellbeing as simply part of life. Through NOMAE, our women’s health concept, we help women understand their hormones, physiology and changing biology.

Not only to manage symptoms — but to thrive. To build careers, raise families, lead, train, sleep well, feel confident and age well. And to know they don’t have to choose between ambition and health.

LONGEVITY AS A SHARED RIGHT

Good health shouldn’t be a privilege.

Alongside our commercial work, we run an Impact Membership — a limited, application-based pathway offering subsidised access for people recovering from cancer, autoimmune conditions, chronic fatigue and other long-term challenges. A small, deliberate way of using what we’ve built to create change beyond our walls.

THE MOVEMENT

We came to lead the conversation — not join it.

Every week on the One Thirty Biohacks podcast, I sit with leading minds in longevity — so everything we build here is drawn from the frontier of the science, not the trends.

Through Copenhagen Health Week, the largest health event in Scandinavia, we bring that field together in one place. And increasingly, we help hospitality and real-estate partners abroad bring this standard of health to their own cities.

What began as one studio has become a movement — and we intend to keep leading it. Two studios today, across Copenhagen and Skodsborg. A vision to build the most trusted longevity ecosystem in the Nordics, and take it to the world.
