We are moving to a new bookingsystem

This means a smoother booking experience, a better overview of your purchases, easier account access, and a more modern One Thirty Labs experience from start to finish.

All your existing purchases, tickets, memberships, and bookings will be moved over to your new account. You only have to activate your account via the email you get from us.

The booking site will be unavailable from 23:00 to 01:00 on the 1st of July 2026 while we complete the switch.

On July 1st after 1 pm. you will be able to book again

Look out for an email from Ferb with your account activation link.
Open the email from Ferb.
Click the activation link.

Use your phone number or email that was connected to your old account to login
That’s it.
Check that your tickets, memberships, purchases, and bookings are visible

We’re upgrading because we want the experience to feel as good online as it does in the studio.

The new system gives us a better foundation for bookings, memberships, communication, and future improvements.

It will make it easier for you to manage your account and easier for us to keep building the experience we want to give you.

Think of it as the same One Thirty Labs energy, just with a better engine underneath.

What happens to my tickets or purchases?

Your existing purchases, tickets, memberships, and relevant account information will be transferred to your new account at Ferb

What if my activation link does not work or i didn't get it?

Follow these simple steps to log in or link your old account to our new system:

Navigate to Booking.
1. Sign in: Click the Profile icon or the Sign in button.
2. Enter your phone number: Type in your phone number to receive a 6-digit verification code.
3. Link or create your account:
- If your phone number is recognized:
Your account will link automatically.
- If your phone number isn't recognized: You will be prompted to create a new user.

4. Enter the same email address you used in our old booking system and click Continue.
5. Claim your old account: When you see the message "We found an account linked to this email," simply follow the on-screen prompts to claim your account.

Make sure to use the exact email address from your previous account so the system can find your history!

Do I need to create a new account myself?

You will receive an activation email from Ferb. Use the link in that email to activate your new account with either your phone number or email. You have to use the same email or phone number used in the previous booking system.

What if I do not receive the email?

First, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it then: 1. Go to checkout on any treamtent, when you do it will ask you to Login to your account. When you it does, simply use your phone number. If an account with that phone number exists, you will be able to claim it. If you still can't get access contact us and we’ll help you get access.

What happens to my tickets or purchases?

Can I book classes during the move?

The booking site will be unavailable between 23:00 and 01:00 from 5th of July to 6th of July 2026. After that, bookings will continue in the new system

Will my existing bookings move over?

Yes, existing bookings that are part of the migration will be moved to the new system.

Will my membership continue?

Yes. Active memberships will be transferred to the new system. Some users might have to authorize their card again.

Will anything change in the studio?

No big disruption. The switch is about improving the digital experience around your
account, bookings, purchases, and memberships.

Who should I contact if something looks wrong?

If something does not look right after you activate your account, contact us and we’ll help you sort it out.
