Sessions support detoxification, circulation, recovery and skin clarity, with chromotherapy lighting layered in. Choose 30 minutes for a wind-down or 60 minutes for a deeper reset.

Step into the cabin at 40–50°C. The infrared panels are already at full output; your body absorbs the energy as the cabin heats up gently.

Step out, rehydrate and shower to rinse the toxins released through sweat. Most clients leave deeply relaxed and clear-headed.
Roughly 80% of the heat in an infrared cabin enters the body directly, with only 20% warming the air. That means deeper core warming and a more efficient sweat at 48–64°C — well below the 65–82°C of a traditional sauna.
