Infrared sauna

Our infrared sauna uses infrared light to warm the body directly rather than the surrounding air, so you sweat deeply at far lower cabin temperatures. Sessions support detoxification, circulation, recovery and skin clarity, with chromotherapy lighting layered in. Choose 30 minutes for a wind-down or 60 minutes for a deeper reset.

What to expect

The session,
step by step.

Infrared light heats from within — deeper sweat, gentler temperatures.

01

Hydrate & change

Drink a glass of water, change into swimwear or disposable underwear and towel. Pick your chromotherapy colour for the session.

02

Warm-up

Step into the cabin at 40–50°C. The infrared panels are already at full output; your body absorbs the energy as the cabin heats up gently.

03

Sweat

Core temperature rises and sweating intensifies. Circulation lifts, the parasympathetic system engages, cortisol drops.

04

Cool & shower

Step out, rehydrate and shower to rinse the toxins released through sweat. Most clients leave deeply relaxed and clear-headed.

The science

why sixty minutes changes the conversation.

Roughly 80% of the heat in an infrared cabin enters the body directly, with only 20% warming the air. That means deeper core warming and a more efficient sweat at 48–64°C — well below the 65–82°C of a traditional sauna.

  • Supports the body's natural elimination pathways through sweat
  • Improves circulation, lymphatic drainage and cardiovascular health
  • Reduces stress and cortisol while lifting metabolic rate
  • Chromotherapy adds wavelength-specific effects on mood, circulation and collagen
